Madri: November 1, 2019: On the Day of Solemnity of All Saints, we reflect upon the need to become saints for one another. It is the best day to start something new by invoking the blessing and prayers of all the Saints. Hence, trusting upon the providence of God, intercessions of all the Saints and with grateful hearts to all the well wishers, we began the little act of reaching out to the young minds through education by providing them a suitable atmosphere and place for students. Hence, we began the “Ground Breaking Ceremony” for New Hostel for tribal children at the premises of St. Arnold’s Church, Madri, Jhadol, Rajasthan at 10.30 am.
The site was blessed by Most Rev. Devprasad Ganawa, SVD, the Bishop of Udaipur Catholic Diocese in the presence of Fr. Norbert Herman, SVD, the SVD Udaipur District Superior, Fr. A., Sagayadass, SVD, the Parish Priest of St. Arnold’s Church Madri, SVD Confreres, contractor, Mr. Subash and Pastors from neighboring villages.
On the occasion of Gandhi Jayanthi Fr. Norbert Herman SVD Maitri sangh Director, performing Deshbhakti Songs and interacting with Neerja Modi School Children,teachers and Staff. Director Madam Sakhi Sojatia and Principal George A. Thomas welcomed felicitated Fr. Norbert.
Golden Jubilee cerebration of Radio Veritas Asia and Release of Ai Khuda (ऐ खुदा ) collection of devotional songs and ‘Good Shepherd’ a 100 minute dance-drama on biblical themes (written by Fr. John Paul SVD and Music by Fr. Norbert SVD) were released by Bp. Chacko SVD, the Bishop of Indore and Fr. Johny Dsouza SVD, Provincial of India Central at Satprakashan Sanchar kendra Indore. The program was organized under the leadership of Fr. John Paul SVD, the director of Satprakashan, Fr. Anthonyswamy SVD, the coordinator and the staff of RVA Hindi Service and Satprakashan staff.
Udaipur June 06,2019 Sarvdham Maitri Sangh Organized a Kavya Gosthi on the on occasion of the 479th Maharana Pratap Jayanti at Mother Teresa Ashram Udaipur. Fr. Norbert Herman SVD director of Maitri Sangh welcomed the dignitaries and sang prayer song along with children of Mother Teresa Ashram.
Many Promienent Poets and shayars presented the life story of the Jhalaman, Hakim Kha Suri, Rana Punja and Bhamasah. The role model of mewar kingdom. Prof. Sheetal Shrimali, Poet Vidha Nagar, Aashvi Shrimali, Jagveer Singh, Laldas Parjanya, Habib Anuragi presented their poems on the life of these hero‘s of Mewar. Mr.Dhirendra Sachan, a social activitist was the chief guest, and Fr.Subhas Anand presided over the function. Mr.Mustaq Chanchal was master of ceremony and Mrs.Pramila Fernandez proposed vote of thanks.
The Maitri Sangh members also participated in the Shobha Yatra of Maharana Pratap in the town.
