Sarva Dharma Maitri Sangh organized a Cultural Programme for the inmates of the Udaipur Central Jail. The programme began with the Sarva Dharm Prayer led by Dr. Norbert Herman SVD.
The Maitri Kala Mandir Artists performed a thrilling dance and music.The inmates responded by giving a continuous round of applause to the artists.
Ruh Band Artists and X-factor fame Mr. Ashok Gandhar , Harsh Paliwal and Paramjit Singh entertained the crowd with their melodious songs such as Ma Tuje Salaam, Vande Mataram and Govind Bolo Aur Gopal Bolo etc.
Shayar Mr. Mustaq Chanchal also entertained the inmates with his enthusiastic and Patriotic Poems made everyone happy. Mr. Sravan Lal the additional jail Superintendent expressed a feeling of joy and gratitude to Maitri Sangh for the performance and requested Sarva Dharma Maitri Sangh to increase the frequency of the programmes in jail.
Mr. Akhtar Siddiqe , Jesse Thomas , Anu Jesse and Pramila Fernandez the members of Sarva Dharma Maitri Sangh were also present. There were about eleven hundred inmates present and were given refreshment.
